Terms and Conditions – WeWash

1. Payment

• All prices are exclusive of taxes.
• Final pricing will be determined after inspection, and may vary based on:
  • Embellishments or delicate handling needs
  • Nature and severity of stains
  • Luxury or branded nature of the garments
• Payment options: Card, UPI, Cash.
• Full payment must be made before order processing.
• A 2% interest rate per month will apply on any outstanding balance.
• Cancellation fee of 15% applies if the item has reached us but is cancelled by the customer.

2. Stain Removal

• Stains are removed on a best-effort basis.
• No guarantee is given for 100% stain removal.
• Full payment is applicable for services rendered, regardless of stain removal success.

3. Packaging

Customers can choose their packaging preference:

• On hangers
• Folded
• Half-folded

4. Delivery

• We offer free pick-up and delivery; however, a ₹188 home convenience fee will apply if the pre-tax bill amount is below ₹999.
• All pick-ups and deliveries are subject to slot availability.
• Pick-ups are generally scheduled within 2–4 hours depending on location.
• Rescheduled pick-ups/deliveries may require 1 day lead time.
• Failed deliveries due to rescheduling, unavailability, or non-payment will be reattempted within 48 hours on a best-effort basis.

Delivery Speed Options:

• Standard: 3 working days (No extra charge)
• Rapido: 2 working days (+35% of total bill amount)
• Express: Next working day (+75% of total bill amount)
• Urgente: Same-day delivery (+100% of total bill amount)

Note: Our factories remain closed on Sundays.

5. Liability

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to any personal or non-cleaning items left in garments or bags (e.g., cash, jewellery).
• In case of misplaced or damaged garments, maximum liability is up to 6 times the garment’s billing value, provided as service credits only.
• Customers must verify the garment count upon delivery. If not, WeWash’s count will be considered final.

6. Marketing Communication & Consent

• By providing your contact details (phone number, email, or WhatsApp), you agree to receive:
  • Order updates and service notifications
  • Promotional offers, special deals, and seasonal discounts
  • Information on new services and events
• You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by replying "STOP" to our messages or contacting customer support.
• WeWash respects your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
